Deputy CEO – Chief Financial Officer

A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the highest-ranking financial professional in the Authority and is responsible for the fiscal health of the business. The CFO’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building a top-notch finance and accounting team, ensuring revenues and expenses stay in balance, overseeing financial planning and analysis functions, making recommendations on obtaining funding, working with department heads to analyze financial data and craft budgets, attesting to the accuracy of reports and consulting with Board of Directors and the CEO on strategy. CFOs may also help set technology direction, especially financial management software and systems.


Deputy CEO – Chief Operation Officer

The COO will provide leadership and strategic vision to the Authority. The COO will bring operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls to the company. The COO will effectively communicate and foster growth among the executive team and all employees. This is a vital leadership role that will drive results, spur growth and increase the overall efficiency of the corporation.


General Manager Finance
Finance Division

The Finance Manager oversees the financial operations of the Authority. The Finance Manager will provide advises on investment plans, monitor the company’s finances, and produce financial reports. The Finance Manager works closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives


Board Secretary,
Office of the CEO

A Board Secretary is responsible for managing records, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings and events, and other primarily office-based duties. A Board Secretary is a senior leadership position that is responsible for board management, corporate governance and compliance, and other strategic duties.


Internal Auditor,
Office of the CEO

An internal auditor is responsible for reviewing the company’s processes, identifying anomalies, and reporting any issues found to management. The outcome of this work should be a series of process improvements and adjustments to control systems, so that the business operates more efficiently and effectively, while mitigating risk.


Manager Marketing and Public Relations
Administration Division

A Manager Marketing Public Relations works to improve the image of the Authority. He/she plans and directs the creation of marketing materials that will enhance the public image of the company. A marketing public relations manager works closely with the finance, procurement, sales, and customer service departments. Externally, they work with the media, vendors, contractors, and advertising agencies so as to increase their brand's reach.


Personal Assistant (PA) to CEO
Office of the CEO

The Personal Assistant performs secretarial work and provide CEO with day-to-day administrative support. Personal assistant duties include answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements. Personal Assistant may also be required to organize events.
