A woman Police Constable on the fifth-day of trial into the death of New Zealand Police officer Kali Fungavaka, has told the court that one of the accused officers had attempted to punch Kali, while another held the top collar of his shirt and pushed his neck against the wall, when he was in custody at the Central Nuku'alofa Police station in the early morning of Saturday August 18, 2012.
