Torrential rain over Tongatapu did not dampen the spirit of the Glasgow 2014 Queen's Baton Relay on its second day in Tongatapu today, and Prince Tungi received the Queen's Baton, at the Palace Office after its rotation through villages and the capital supported by cheerful throngs of sporting clubs.
