Two men charged with 2012 murder [1]

Two men have been arrested and charged with murder in relation to a Chinese man, Mr Yi (44), who was found dead in his electronics shop on Railway Road, in June 2012.
The Acting Police Commissioner, 'Unga Fa'aoa said that a 28-year-old Tongan man was arrested on Monday, 24 February and a 33-year-old Chinese man was arrested this morning. They have been charged with murder and would remain in custody until March 11 as investigation continues.
The victim was reported to have sustained severe head injuries and his body was sent back to China for burial.
On June 15, 2012 police received a report that a person had died in the electronics shop and a homicide investigation was carried out but no arrests were made this week.
Mr Yi who arrived in Tonga in 2009 is believed to have lived alone in the shop where he repaired televisions, laptops and other electronic equipment.
Investigation
Meanwhile, no arrest has been made in relation to the death of Dao Zin He on Friday, 21 February at Vaiola Hospital.
An autopsy has been completed and police are waiting on the report while examining other evidences.
Mr He was found unconsious inside his shop on By-Pass road at Halaleva on the night of Thursday, 20 February.
