Missing fishermen found floating on capsized boat [1]

Two fishermen were found this morning floating on their small capsized boat in 'Eua after they were reported missing last night. A third fisherman who managed to swim some two miles to 'Ohonua alerted the police of the incident.
The Deputy Police Commissioner Soakai Motu’apuaka said the seach party located them at 10:30am around the area they capsized.“They were in a small open 14-16ft boat,” he said.
The three fishermen had set sailed to the south east of 'Eua on their fishing trip yesterday morning. After the boat capsized one of the fisherman decided to swim to 'Ohonua after 11:00am. It took him a few hours before reaching shore later in the evening and alerted the police.
“We are happy to report that the two men are alive and well,” said DPC Motu'apuaka.
The Police Commissioner Grant O'Fee said the two fishermen did well by staying with the boat waiting for the search and rescue.
