The final will be held next month at Edinburgh, Scotland, between Toulouse and another French team, Stade Francais.
Both of the Maka brothers, Finau and 'Isitolo, played for Toulouse, and while Finau was on the starting line-up, 'Isitolo was a reserve on the bench.
The Heineken Cup tournament is Europe's biggest rugby club competition. It started in 1995 in Europe, gaining popularity, and today it is as popular as Super 12 in the Southern Hemisphere.
