Justice Charles Cato replaces Justice Shuster [1]

Justice Charles Cato, a New Zealander, was sworn in this morning, May 3, as Tonga's second Supreme Court Judge, replacing Justice Robert Shuster who has been a judge of the Tongan Supreme Court during the past four years.
Hon Justice Robert Shuster will have his final day as a Supreme Court Judge in Tonga on May 4.
The CEO for the Ministry of Justice, Susana Faletau, said that Justice Shuster, from the United Kingdom, was sworn in as a judge of the Supreme Court of Tonga on 7 May 2008.
She said that on Friday this week the Ministry would welcome Justice Charles Cato to the Supreme Court and farewell Justice Shuster.
Justice Cato was appointed by the King in Council on April 4, and his contract was effective from April 9. He was sworn in by Cabinet.
He joins Chief Justice Hon Michael Dishington Scott as one of only two judges of the Supreme Court of Tonga.
