Tu'ilakepa inquiry set for April 26 [1]

THE Preliminary Inquiry for the former Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Lord Tu'ilakepa, who is charged with illegal firearms, ammunitions and illicit drugs offences, begins on April 26 at the Fasi Magistrate's Court.
The Solicitor General 'Aminiasi Kefu, who is also the the Crown Prosecutor, confirmed that the date was set by Magistrate Masao Paasi in closed chambers on January 27.
Tu'ilakepa is charged with five counts, that include two for possession of illegal firearms, two for possession of illegal ammunition and one count for possession of an illicit drug.
