House to reconvene July 25 [1]

A two-weeks long Tonga Parliamentary tour 2011 has concluded but the house remains adjourned for the whole of this week to allow members of parliament to draft reports of their findings from their visits to their constituencies.
The parliamentary tour from July 4-15 allowed members of parliament to return to their elected constituencies in Tongatapu and the outer islands to hear matters that affect them and bring them back to the house.
A spokesperson for the Legislative Assembly's office in Nuku'alofa said on July 18, that the house would not resume sitting until Monday July 25 to draft their reports to be submitted to the house.
Cabinet Ministers and Nobles also participated in the tour, including group visits to government departments.
