Prince Regent attends Tupou College singing competition [1]

The Prince Regent Crown Prince Tupouto'a Lavaka and Crown Princess Nanasipau'u Tuku'aho attended Tupou College's Annual Singing competition held on September 8 at Toloa in Tongatapu.
Five groups competed in this year's signing competition, including the "Woodgate and 'Alofina" of Tatakamotonga and " 'Alakifonua, Kau Ta'e'iloa and 'Aho'eitu" of Ha'asini, "Sione Tomasi and Harold Wood" of Pangai, Ha'apai, "Sau Faupula and John Wesley" of Koloa and Hunga in Vava'u and "Tevita Tonga and Roger Page" of Te'ekiu.
The winner of the singing competition was "Sau Faupula and John Wesley". In second placewas Tevita Tonga and Roger Page.
Latu Silatolu Kauvaka won the best director of the winners "Sau Faupula and John Wesley" group.
The Prince Regent was due to leave Tonga on Monday September 12 to return to Canberra.
