The 'Api-Fo'ou Ex-students Association raised more than a million pa'anga during their four days Jubilee celebration from December 27-30, to mark the establishment of 'Api-Fo'ou by Catholic priests 125 years ago.
In a statement on December, the president of association, Lord Ve'ehala, said that the association had raised $1.08 million pa'anga, including $63,000 pa'anga worth of tapa cloth and mats. The funds were deposited to the 'Api-Fo'ou Ex-students Jubilee Celebrations account with the ANZ Bank.
Lord Veehala reported that the 'Api-Fo'ou Jubilee Celebrations concluded with a Blue Tie Ball that overflowed the College Memorial Hall with more than 2,000 ex-students and friends.
The jubilee celebration attracted ex-students from around the world.
