The second round of Tonga's Top Model competition was held in the Western district of Tongatapu last night, at the village of Kolovai.
The competition attracted 14 young local girls and boys to try their luck in the fun event and the village hall was packed with families, and friends who were there to cheer and support their would-be models.
The contestants showcased colourful and youthful outfits of their choice before changing into casual outfits.
The winner will be decided through a text messaging campaign.
The next round will be held in the Eastern District on June 18 before the show goes to Vava'u on July 2.
Organiser, Monalisa Palu, of Professional PR Tonga, last night announced the seven finalists from the first round of the competition that was held last week at the Janfull International Hotel, Nuku'alofa.
The seven were topped by Jessie Bourke (739 text votes) followed by Lita Save, Harri Hapa, Bianca Strauss, Fihaki Tu'ineau, Va'inga Hufanga and Robert Ramsay.
The final night of the Top Model Competition will be held on July 11 in Nuku'alofa featuring 35 finalists.
