Fruit pickers urged to exercise self-control [1]

The Taimi on January 22 reports that 52 would-be fruit pickers, bound for New Zealand farms, were taught in a two day workshop the lifestyles there, how to look after their wages and those activities they are forbidden from doing; they were also urged to exercise self-control. Five women will be accompanying their husbands.
