Tonga's Star Cinema will be rebuilt, vows owner [1]

Tonga's only Cinema, the new Star Cinema that burned down during the November 16 riot last year will be rebuilt, vows Div Damodar, a Fijian businessman.
A statement from the Tonga Prime Minister's office today said that in a special dinner reception Div hosted for Princess Salote Pilolevu Tuita at his residence in Suva Fijij, Div told the Princess that the Star Cinema will be rebuilt and it will take only six months to be completed.
Other guests who attended the dinner reception included the Prime Minister of Fiji, Commodore Bainimarama, and other members of the Fijian Cabinet.
Div operates a string of Damodar Village Sky City cinemas in Fiji. His business partner and co-owner of the Star Cinema in Tonga is Fund Management Ltd.
George Nakao the Director of the Star Cinemas in Tonga was delighted when he heard that Div announced that the facility will be rebuild.
