All 16/11 accused to face justice in March [1]

The four People's Representatives, 'Akilisi Pohiva, 'Isileli Pulu, William Clive Edwards and Lepolo Taunisila, who have been charged with sedition and other counts will appear for their Preliminary Inquiry hearings during the last week of March.
A Tongan Police Prosecution Team today confirmed the dates for the appearance in the Nuku'alofa Magistrate's Court of the four People's Representatives.
The four PRs have been charged with criminal offences, relating to the destruction of Nuku'alofa on November 16 2006. Lepolo will appear on March 23 to face charges of sedition and unlawful assembly. 'Akilisi Pohiva will appear on March 27 to face three counts of sedition. 'Isileli Pulu will appear on March 28 to face two counts of sedition and one for abetting willful damage to properties, and William Clive Edwards will appear on March 29 to face two counts of sedition.
The Acting Police Commander Taniela Faletau also confirmed on Friday February 16 that the Preliminary Inquiry hearings of all 16/11 cases will begin at the Nuku'alofa Magistrate's Court on March 6.
All the 16/11 suspects that have been arrested and charged began filling the Nuku'alofa Magistrate's Court for their arraignments on Monday February 5, and will continue to do so every Monday of the week, and to be completed before the PI starts on March 6.
