Ambassadors present credentials to King during Diplomatic Week [1]

Ambassadors to Tonga are presenting their credentials to HM King Tupou VI at the Royal Palace in Nuku'alofa this week during Diplomatic Week.
On November 14 the new Ambassador of Japan to Tonga H.E Mr Tetsuya Ishii accompanied by his wife Mrs Akiko Ishii presented his credentials during an audience with the King. Japan has an Embassy in Tonga.
The Ambassador of Poland H.E Mr Zbigniew Gniatkowski and H.E Mr Laszlo Zsolt Szabo, Ambassador of Hungary, based in their embassies in Wellington, presented their credentials on November 14.
Other ambassadors to Tonga are based in other capitals in the region and travel to Tonga to present their credentials.
Meanwhile, the Pakistani Ambassador had an Audience of Leave.
Today, November 15 the Ambassadors of Belgium, Cuba, UAE, Indonesia and the High Commissioner of Swaziland will present their credentials at the Palace.
