New CEO for Ministry of Lands [1]

Rosamond Bing is the new Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, starting on Monday, May 15.
She has a Master of Laws (Government and Commercial Law) from the Australian National University and has been a member of the Tongan Bar since 2001.
Rosamond has extensive knowledge in administrative law and land law, and has diverse work experience in the public service and private sector as well as strategic leadership and capabilities, stated the Public Service Commission in its appointment announcment.
In addition, she has over 10-years of work experience in the Ministry of Lands since her first posting in 2002, to most recently as a consulting Legal Administrator.
She is keen to continue to promote and implement improvements within the Ministry with a view to deliver high standard of services and products to the Ministry’s clients and ensure that the public are well served.
Her sister is ‘Ana Bing Fonua who is the CEO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
