Police are still searching for two men who robbed a Chinese shop in Fasi on Saturday night, 9 January, allegedly using an air gun.
Chief Superintendent Tevita Fifita said today a team has been tasked with this operation.
"We have not arrested anyone but we do have leads to follow," he said.
The robbers who disguised their faces with masks fled with around $200.
Police had earlier reported that one of the men was armed, and first shot at the security guard, hitting a milk carton he was holding with what they believed was an air gun outside the shop on Salote Road.
They then went into the shop and one of them allegedly shot up to the roof and took the money from the Chinese cashier before fleeing.
No one was injured in the robbery.
