Two bronze medals for Tonga at Special Olympics [1]

Tonga has won its first two bronze medals at the Special Olympics World Summer Games in Los Angles, USA.
Star sprinter Tomasi Ma’asi won a bronze medal after coming third in the finals of his 200m division. He has another final in the 100m tomorrow.
Fane Helu also won a bronze medal for Tonga in the women’s shot final in her division.
Vanessa Heleta the Director of Tonga’s Special Olympic Association said today a third athlete Tevita Tivilini will be in the mini javelin finals.
This is the first time Tonga is at the Games which end on 2 August. More than 6000 athletes with intellectual disabilities from 165 nations are competing.
