Tongan jailed for gang shooting in U.S [1]

Vilisoni Angilau (21) was sentenced to prison for up to 15-years for the death of another Tongan Sione Fakatoufifita (19) during a fatal shooting two-years ago in Salt Lake City, USA.
US media reported that the gang-related shooting took place in a parking lot outside a convenience store.
Prosecutors said in the early morning on April 13, 2013, Angilau shot Fakatoufifita multiple times outside a Maverik store at 1680 S. Redwood Road. They were members of rival gangs.
He was sentenced on Friday, 22 May after having pleaded guilty to a second-degree felony count of manslaughter and discharge of a firearm causing bodily injury.
