Tonga Rugby Union and the New Zealand Rugby Union are looking for a world class Regional Coordinator to implement the Pacific Sporting Partnerships – Sports for Health (Rugby) Activity.
Your success in this role will be dependent on your ability to implement the ‘Quick Rip’ game at village level together with effective delivery of healthy lifestyle messages to teenagers across the Kingdom of Tonga, drawing on your strong relationship management, networking and influencing skills.
Experience having worked with young people would be valuable, as is a passion for sport and desire to help improve the lifestyles of the young people of Tonga.
You will have excellent organisational skills, coaching experience (preferably) and importantly a high level of self-motivation. This role requires regular travel across Tongatapu including some after-hours work, so a clean, full driving licence and a flexible attitude is crucial.
