Tonga Skills is a new Australian aid investment in the education, private sector, gender equality and disability inclusive development in Tonga. The program seeks to address the lack of access to quality skills development services which are linked to economic development priorities and growth opportunities across the country.
Tonga Skills works with the Tonga National Qualifications and Accreditation Board and training providers to improve the quality and relevance of skills training at the national and divisional level.
Tonga Skills objective is to achieve improved economic outcomes for individuals and businesses, including those who are disadvantaged, and to ensure such outcomes are sustained locally through change and reform within the technical vocational education and training sector in Tonga.

- Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Communications (MELC) Manager
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Communications (MELC) Officer
- Skills Planning Coordinator – Location Vava’u
- Finance and Administration Officer - Location Vava’u
