Former PM speaks out on Nuku'alofa reconstruction

The reconstruction of the Nuku’alofa CBD along with the formation of a Nuku’alofa Town Council was intended to play a key part in the economic and political development of Tonga, according to a former Prime Minister, Lord Sevele.
