I work for the Queensland Public Sector Union in Queensland Australia. I have been following the stories on your site regarding the public servant strike over there. My partner of 11 years is Tongan Aionisifia A`home`e and we have a 5 years old son and I often print off stories from your web site and take them home for him to read.
I was wondering if you could tell me what the union/organisation is called that covers the government workers and maybe some contact details for them as my work colleagues and I would love to show our support to the workers of your country. Currently in Australia we are experiencing our own changes to Industrial Relation Laws and have been running a campaign to bring awareness to the people.
